MARK SCHWEIBINZ

The Triangle Property Locator was my idea. Hi! My name is Mark Schweibinz and I came to Raleigh in 1985 and I formed Property Resources, a landlord and seller’s full service commercial real estate firm. We only represented property owners.

I grew that firm to 78 employees with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Richmond. In 1997, I sold Property Resources to CB Richard Ellis.

Since then, I have been running the Barton Group, a commercial design build general contractor. Many of our clients asked me to show them existing buildings for sale prior to deciding whether or not to build. As this exercise became more common, I decided to start the Triangle Property Locator, a tenant and buyer commercial real estate advocate.

Having represented property owners for 2/3 of my commercial real estate career, I offer you an unfair advantage. This is a little like hiring a former IRS agent to help you with your taxes.

I know all of their games and was the best property owner agent. Now, I’m on your side.

KRISTI BOUGHTER

I am happy to serve you!  My job is to seek out the best possible properties that suit your business needs.  I maintain records of all Triangle commercial property listings, as well as manage several databases with access to thousands of commercial properties for sale and lease, and over 750 commercial real estate professionals.

I began my career in property management, and after earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, with a concentration in industrial/organizational, and I joined Barton Group’s Marketing Department.  Upon becoming better acquainted with the world of commercial real estate, I decided to become a licensed real estate broker so that I could assist all business owners in fulfilling their real estate needs.

My objective is to locate as many properties as possible that match your search criteria, which will help us create a bidding war for your business.  The greater the competition, the better the deal that you will receive.

So, whether you are seeking to purchase or lease a space, you can rest assured that I will be your advocate in finding the most cost effective real estate solutions to accommodate your business needs.

KIM DEVINE

I help keep the office running efficiently and help Mark & Kristi better serve you. When we are helping five or more companies with our unique bidding war program, things get a little crazy and my job is to keep everything flowing smoothly. The work I do for you keeps Kristi and Mark out in the market place where they belong and I keep all of the incoming information organized so that they can do their job.
